Main Card

Anthony Pettis vs Diego Ferreira

I like Ferreira in this fight, but his odds are too high for my liking. I think that this fight has the chance to be one of the better ones of the night. My best bet for this fight is the fight to go to decision.

Best Bet: Fight goes to Decision -140
Brian Kelleher vs Ode Osbourne

Osbourne’s crazy long reach is going to be his main advantage in this one. Both these fighters are going to be looking to prove something after getting bumped to the main card. My best bet for this fight is going to be Osbourne to win the fight.

Best Bet: Ode Osbourne -135
Aleksei Oleinik vs Maurice Greene

If Oleinik can can get Greene off his feet he will have a great chance of winning this one. Oleinik has reached the scorecard just twice in his last 20 fights. This makes me want to take a look at the Oleinik by submission line which currently sits at +180. In the end I will probably just take Oleinik +110 to win outright, but there is a good chance this fight won’t go the distance.

Best Bet: Aleksei Oleinik +110

Prediction

Holm comes into this match in search of a victory after her loss to Amanda Nunes. Holm footwork and fight IQ are two huge factors that have contributed to her as the favorite. What she lacks in power she makes up in her ability to move around the ring. I believe that Pennington is not going to have the stamina to keep up with Holm for the entire fight. I think this fight will go the distance and Holm will finish the fight strong. I am taking Holm -125 in this fight.

Best Bet: Holm -125

Prediction

This fight has been billed as one of the biggest in UFC history. After more than a year away from the UFC McGregor has returned to fight Cerrone. The odds for McGregor to win currently sits somewhere between -290 and -350. While I think McGregor will win this match, I don’t like how high the odds have gone. I think that this match is going to last longer than most people are predicting. Cerrone isn’t just going to roll over and let McGregor control this fight. I think he will easily be able to last 7 minutes and 30 seconds in this one. I am taking the over 1.5 rounds in this one.

Best Bet: Over 1.5 Rounds -140
