NFL Week 2 Picks 2020
Panthers vs Bucaneers
Both the Panthers and Buccaneers come into this game following Week 1 losses. The biggest question coming into this game will be what Tom Brady is going to look like. I think that a lot of this is going to come down how well the Buccaneers offensive line can protect Tom Brady. In Week 1 the Panthers racked up 388 yards while the Buccaneers only put up 310 yards. I was very high on the Panthers coming into this season, and one loss is not enough to change my mind on them. My pick for this game is the Panthers +8.5.
Broncos vs Steelers
The next game on today’s card comes between the Broncos and the Steelers. Last week the Broncos almost pulled out the win on Monday Night, but lost by 2 late to the Titians. The Steelers on the other hand looked very dominant in the early Monday game against the Giants. The Steelers defense went crazy in there first game holding Saquon Barkley to only 6 yards rushing. I think they will continue to play well against the Broncos and cover the 6.5-point spread in this game.
Rams vs Eagles
In the next game we have a big-time matchup between the top 2 QB’s in the 2016 NFL Draft. Even though the Eagles lost to Washington last week they come into this game as slight favorites. The hardest part of that game for the Eagles was there line allowing 8 sacks on Carson Wentz. If they want to win this game, they will have to provide better protection. On the other side, even though the Eagles beat the Cowboys they looked far from perfect. I think the Eagles make the bigger improvement this week which is why I am taking them -1.5.
Picks
- Panthers +8.5
- Steelers -6.5
- Eagles -1.5
