Both Houston and Buffalo are very capable of winning this game. Houston has played some very good football this year. They have multiple signatures wins that came against both Kansas City and New England.
Both Howard and Maryland-Eastern Shore have played less than impressive this season. They combine for just 3 wins in there first 28 games to start the season. While this is probably a game that most people would just avoid, these lackluster performances have created some great value for conference play.
